Must have been that white box low spin ball we were testing. Hopefully it had low compression and didn’t hurt too much.

I asked about that. Compression on that ball was 85 I believe. Some folks were saying they thought it was hard like a 1X and I tried to tell them they were nuts. Definitely not a hard ball. I also still maintain that the cover isn’t going to hold up well.

I was talking to the titleist rep about a higher spin prov1X called the prov1X+ that a few people on tour use. Would love to get my hands on some of those

Same feedback here and seemed to scuff up very easily
I brought it up, but was told “well, wedge after wedge will do that” but the cover on mine was literally peeling after the 2nd hole. It looked like it had hit a cart path after 2 wedges…
