I’m so pissed I missed the Coop meet up they had there in early November.
What would the course lineup be? I vote Deer Park, Downriver, and Indian Canyon. Mostly because those are the only courses I remember playing as a little kid.
Classic McMurry grad. Couldn’t get into a real school so has to lash out at those who can. Unsurprising!

Tri State (it’ll never be trine to me, you can just change names) does have a nice course, Zollner golf course. Believe they had, or still have a turf management program at the school as well. Had probably the best grass field I saw in college/coaching before they moved to turf.

I’ve been campaigning for a Strapped: Indochina for a while.
There’s golf all over the peninsula and the dollar still goes pretty far in that part of the world.
Neil and Randy hitting Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. Justine going nuts with some 60s music. The movie quotes alone would make for an epic season.
May have to bring Cody along for logistical support and maybe even some military history to help with the elephant in the room.

Small world. We have a lot of mutual friends @GolfGuyRN . If you’re ever back in town, I’d love to take ya around Anson Golf Club, it’s a west Texas 9holer, but it has grass. so that’s something.
