Ok so looking at travel, this may be tougher than I thought for a three day trip.
Hanoi and Ho Chih Minh City are about 1,000 miles apart, for instance.
Maybe Tourist Sauce?

Motor cycles like Top Gear did
Yes, but the amount of elephant printed shirts @MerchCzar would buy would need to be allocated for in the budget.
I’m always down for some cow pasture pool! I think you’re quite a bit younger than me but I’m sure we know some of the same people. Do you live in Anson now?
A few years for sure. I live in Abilene, work in Stamford, but am on the BOD woo! for Anson Golf Club and help run the course tournaments. Bringing the 21st century to these guys with handicaps and golf genius has been a fun task.
All my family is in Abilene now so I don’t really go to Stamford anymore, but my only beef with Anson is how many hours it’s taken off my life by adding ten minutes each way to Abilene, lol. Next time I’m down with my clubs we need to get out somewhere.
So I think Indian Canyon is a must based on course history. And I think they play 36 at MeadowWood and Liberty Lake (they are across the street from each other). And then round out the trip with either Latah Creek (used to be called Hangman Valley) or the Creek at Qualchan.
All rounds would be sub $40/ea walking, and I’d put these 5 courses up against any single muni course in the entire country.
Wouldn’t be the first time - NM got done pretty dirty golf wise. I let Neil know on behalf of the Land of Enchantment.
A former player of mine is the golf coach at Anson and I worked with the HFC for a year. Seeing Jones county prominently represented on the Nest is a wild turn of events for me.
But for real, not many of us. Which HFC are you talking about? One not long ago is a relative of mine and the current was my defensive coordinator when I was in high school.
reminds me of the story of the Anson lights… never tried it but heard stories
The current one, McCombs. He’s a great dude and worthy of your support. I worked with him for a year and have stayed in touch.
I stinkin love McCombs. Great dude, great family. He and coach Cash were my coaches and ended up being a staple in 1A-3A football in Texas.
If you’re ever up in the Abilene area, don’t be afraid to hit me up.
DROP THE TRAILER ALREADY!
If we don’t see it before year end…
The very last goal I have to cross off for 2024 is to watch a new Strapped season. The gentlemen better deliver ASAP
From the 2025 Goals pod:
Randy: “…In this unmentioned video series that we shot in November, technically I did go to, like, two new cities…”
DJ: “One’s the Tall City, but that wasn’t vacation.”
Guess what city’s nicknamed The Tall City?
Tall city blues bby
Did Randy run the marathon or was wedding + running a marathon too much(reasonably)
Because maybe my hopes of a Richmond VA depend on that.
Edit; it’s over. Not this time.
Is someone going to offer an explanation on why Midland is referred to as “The Tall City?” Wiki has nothing.
