Underrated moment I love from South Carolina is in the dark times, Neil’s very tired and in the dumps, in the back seat, and just starts in on a, “You know maybe I am worried about getting married …” monologue, and DJ just shuts it down right away. “Why don’t you get some sleep, bud.”
Just all time quality move as a friend, not a director. In that moment, he’s like, yo, this is not the energy we need from you, and it’s not the real you talking. Just close your eyes and don’t put this on camera.
