I had a very tame wind day. The older couple I played with said the wind usually is brutal since it is undeveloped and no trees. The best part is that they still could keep their ball flights below the non existent tree line!

Esplanade LWR is solid, as is the newer Azario course also under the Esplanade name.

Not sure if they’re still public, but I prefer Lakewood National (Commander), which plays firmer and faster if you catch it around the time the KF Tour swings through in February. The Piper course at Lakewood is also fun, with an absolute punch in the face start.

Just seeing this, I don’t have anymore unfortunately. I might do another purchase later in the year if enough people are interested in replenishing or buying for the first time.

As my move out of Florida quickly approaching, I’d like to schedule one last round with any of you sickos that want to get out. Looking at Saturday, June 4th in the morning for DrJ’s last stand at Rogers Park GC in Tampa. Haven’t played Rogers Park before? Well it’s one of Tampa’s three munis. Is it great? Absolutely not, it’s a very typical muni. But it’s a fun little track and the place where I’ve played the majority of my golf here in Florida. Thinking something around 9:30 or 10am that day. Let me know if you would like to join that day for golf and beers.

@ASplashOfOJ I’ve added a tab in the 2022-23 Events sheet for a tentative match play tournament. If the tournament happens, the overall winner will earn a spot on the 2023 Regional Roost match team.

More details are in the sign up tab. Sign ups will close on July 4th.
