I think we should target September and we run it as an actual Ryder Cup - rotating captains each year, etc…
Gives us time to design and source merch, build up some excitement, and have time for the captains to hold strategy offsites with the teams. Who’s going to play with Reed?

I too run one of these every year and agree date is most important. I also personally don’t like September because people have a lot going on with school and sports. And that is when my outing is and can’t do two in the same month. But the the selfish reason.
Some of us are going to the RC, so September might be tough. But I love the idea of having captains, merch, etc!

I’m probably going to the Ryder Cup as well - isn’t that the end of the month? We could go for October, but I’d be more hyped for a pre-actual cup event than a post-cup event. The build up is always better.

2 Date Options (Oct 16-18 or 23-25) with slightly different price points
Golf Itinerary = 18 Friday (Buffalo Ridge), 13+18 Saturday (Mountain Top + Payne’s Valley), 27 Sunday (Ozark National + Top of the Rock)
*We are limited to the first 20 confirmed
Lodging is TBD for now - there are a plethora of houses for rent in the area - its off-season for most the home owners. There are also a number of hotels in the area.
