In these fractious times, we continue to have the an issues that was first disputed over 200 years ago. This ultimately lead to the Toledo war. While that issue has been resolved through political compromise, this same territorial dispute is once again raising issues of roosthood for our refugees. I and my @OhioAgainstTheWorld brethren cannot stand for the continued incursions from the north by our @FreshCoastFlock neighbors. Sure, they claim the Fropen is all in the name of “fun”, but can we really allow for such blatant disregard for our territorial boundaries to stand.
In light of this ongoing issue, I believe the Rust Belt Rumble provides an excellent opportunity to rehash this issue annually.
At stake each year, on top of pride and glory, I submit that those refugees in the Toledo Strip, the Strippers if you will (shout out @CarlyRaeJepsenFan), should be mandated to change their Roost flair on the refugee to properly display the annual winner of this territorial dispute.
While I understand deep felt allegiances and affiliations are not so easily changed. Our honored Strippers are free to engage in foursomes and activities of their choosing. This however should not infringe on Don Joe or Don Jono having the ability to have the Strippers outwardly display the flair of their current hard fought roost captain.

As consigliere to your respective Dons on this matter, I ask you to bring this matter at stake for our families under consideration.

Second, Toledo might just succeed from everything and become its own state. Kinda like DC but without the fucking clown show.
As self-appointed leader of the Toledo Outfit, I am confident to say that I’m pretty sure I’m the only one who’d give a shit about this, maybe Ed and Jay, Dan waffles back and forth worse than a politician.
With this in mind, I might propose a three way rumble, where if the Outfit prevails, everyone has to admit how fuckin awesome Toledo is.

I must selfishly note that, while Jono retains title of Toledo Outfit Leader, there has been a peaceful transition of power and he is otherwise don-emeritus of the FcF at large. 
As we have no guarantee the entire Toledo contingent will be able to attend (under either banner), I would as of this moment be unwilling to put their reputations on the line for a year’s commitment. I would need further internal negotiation to ensure an appropriately equivalent item is placed one the table from the OATW side.
Asking the Toledo contingent, all of whom claim the FCF as their home today, to maintain their current status quo upon victory doesn’t seem like much of a reward.

The changing of flare is a significant escalation. Ill note that it took a 4 figure donation to charity to get flare changed in another event I played in.
