Asking for a friend. What time is breakfast ready and first tee time/shotgun start?
I have to get the time for breakfast, but start is around 9. Not planning a shotgun start. We should all be able to play fast enough to all be able to go off of 1 in ten minute intervals

Ed volunteered to handle captainās duties, and I will probably try to set a lot of the pairings for the first 3 rounds today. Singles is a little tougher because Iām planning to do that based on handicap order, so until we have our last spot filled, I donāt want to set them and then have to redo them all

We are set to tee off at 9am, and have a new set of tee times start two hours after that, with a lunch break after 18 holes. We will have the course to ourselves, so we donāt have to worry about formal tee times, though I will be setting them in Unknown, mainly because the first and last rounds will have some people who need to go off in specific spots due to some scheduling stuff. Otherwise, theyāre more of a general guideline. If your group is at the tee and ready to go, but the group scheduled ahead of you has someone running behind, just go ahead and play.
Our format will be 9 hole rounds, and we will only have one round of singles, the last one, this year. Having two rounds of singles last year made it so that, after OATW mud stomped in the first round, the rest of the day didnāt matter much. Especially not the team rounds with less points on the line. So we will play the following, in order
Best ball
Alt shot
Scramble
Singles
If anyone objects to that, speak now or forever hold your peace, because Iām not changing it after today. Building the event in Unknown was much more of a pain than I expected it to be.
Iāll also add that breakfast will be available, but not included in your event costs. The cost for it in the clubhouse will be $2, and will be grab and go. This way, they donāt have to make, and we donāt have to pay for, a bunch of food that doesnāt get eaten.
There is also a 150 yard practice hole to the left of number 9. Thatās where you can warmup and get loose if you need to.

Ok folks, matchups and tee times are set for the first three rounds. Tee times, particularly for rounds two and three, are not gospel. Please, if your whole group is ready to go and the someone in group ahead of you is still wrapping up, go ahead and go. The final round, some folks need to get out as early as they can, so those people will be assigned to the first slot for that reason. We did the best we could to take into consideration how far folks are driving in from so you can get to the course a little later if you need to, and youāll be able to leave a little earlier if you have to
I do want to note, just like last year, @Tigerific90 has made really cool gifts for the winning team, out of the kindness of his heart and his own pocket, so if you can stick around to collect that, please do.
If you have any objections to your time or partner(s), please reach out privately and I will do everything I can to accommodate you
Lastly, we still need one player. I canāt set singles times until we have the final player. If you know anyone who will play, ask them. If they donāt have a handicap, or just have an estimated one, and you can reasonably vouch for what they should be, Iām fine taking your word and honor for it.

Hey @Conley76 im debating buying a battery powered craftsman fan tomorrow at Loweās. Can you send me a picture of the cart setup. I donāt want to switch carts a bunch so if I have a fan in my cart itāll be a win for my partners.
