I wear the Footjoy Pro|SL, always reliable, alwasy get last years model to save on cost though. although mine right now are about 2+ years old and started to get a little leakage. I also have a pair of Adidas Climaproof winter boots for the true middle of winter days, these are bomb proof and high top
Long time first time here. Living in Seattle, working in Auburn, mostly playing @ Riverbend for convenience. If you see a wide brim Clemson hat, itās likely me!
Yoooo loving the big Seattle bump, whats up! Riverbend is pretty fun and you know we love the price point.
Hell Yeah South Enders!!! In Auburn Myself, have not played Riverbend since HS golf, which now that I count up is way to many years agoā¦
Iād be very in for something like this.
Getting my MBA, it just sounds much more impressive to say āgrad schoolā so thanks for ruining my ploy
Whatās up fellow golf sickos? Occasional lurker on here, first-time poster. Iāve been looking to #getinvolved here in hopes I can find some more people to play rounds with. Iām in the Federal Way area but open to playing in the Tacoma area or the Seattle area since Iām pretty much smack dab in the middle between the two.
Welcome! Iām in Puyallup. Relatively (a few days) new here. Sounds like this thread is pretty good about finding games. Excited to be a part of it!
Hell yeah, welcome to the madness! I can get you in a WhatsApp thread if that interests you, nice place to chat and find games as well. Otherwise feel free to fire off hot takes. I wanna hear āem.
Lol didnāt mean to put you on blast starting an MPH program this month so am always curious.
So many lurkers turned posters! You love to see it.
Concur on the Trues. Rock solid.
Just played it, hit 7 in two from the tips, 15 on the green as well.
Fun golf course
Introduced to NLU earlier this year. Iāve been lurking for the past couple of months and finally decided to get involved. Living in Shoreline and work in Everett. Look forward to the hot takes and getting to play with some new people.
Home Course and Chambers. Trophy Lake and Gold Mountain are good alternatives too. Enjoy!
Green on 17 can be savage if up front, looks like your buddy got the good pin placement too.
So many new people the last two days! Tourist Sauce teaser bump?
Welcome. Fun shit is had here.
PNW thread is live this week lfg
Question for your guys. Is the Home Course actually good? The property seems awesome (land movement, etc.) but I feel like I always leave wanting more out of the way it plays/conditioning. Iām not one to recommend it over Gig Harbor courses. Thoughts?
Gig Harbor resident here. Would rather play the Home Course any day of the week over the courses in GH/PO.
But I have not played Canterwood since I have no snobby friends.
It compares very closely to Gold Mountain in terms of fun, challenge, and design for me (The Home Course).
Home Course is fantastic in my opinion. Interesting and challenging holes. Usually in good to really good conditioning and plays the best in the fall/winter of all the Western Wa courses.
Personally didnāt love Canterwood when I played it (really tree lined, holes routed through housing), but heard they might have done some renno work since?
