anyone in the area looking to play on Monday?

Sure, where?

Hey what’s up everyone. Looking at my plans for the new year and I would definitely like to continue the good stuff we had going on in the PNW RACDG last year. Weather permitting, I’d love to get some games rolling.

If you’re interested, I’m starting a PNW RACDG WhatsApp chat where we can set some stuff up offline. Feel free to dm if you’d like in, hoping to see you out there.

Absolutely. Although I did have to look up what RACDG meant and ended up going down that rabbit hole for a bit. But I’m in! Always down for some rounds with Refugees.

I’m outta ferndale and get out to North Bellingham a couple times a week. What’s your home course

North Bellingham is my home course. I like to get out at least once a week

Kirkland resident who is excited to play with more NLU folks in 2020. I end up playing Willow way too much due to convenience. And for those who are anti-Willows…I hear you. Kinda pricey for the track. But, will say the new owner is doing a ton of work out there. You won’t recognize the course in 2020. Hundreds of trees have been removed.

FWIW, played Home Course last month. Drains amazingly well. Super fun place to play during the winter months.

how many people around play in the Puetz/Jorgensen series? Looking to play some local competitive golf this year and trying to find out if anyone else does these tournaments and how well ran they are.

I have some co-workers that almost exclusively play Willows so I play there fairly often as well. I try to avoid it during the winter, just gets so soft.

Another good course during the winter is Legion in Everett.

I did that a while back, not a bad circuit. There is a two ball up at Avalon on the day of the Super Bowl (or maybe the day before) that will bring out some good players.

Yeah I’ve heard this a few times. Trying to get a group together out there sooner rather than later

Hopefully after this snowstorm is over we can get a big group out there to play.

Itching to get out there. Last January I had a magical round at Gold Mountain where it was mid 50s and sunny. Hoping for a replay this year.

Definitely. See how this week starts and then maybe get something on the books.

I joined the men’s club at the home course so will be getting down there as much as I can - keen post snow!

Currently at 18 inches of snow in my backyard and still snowing

Don’t jinx us man! We need to all pretend like it’s not there or coming, send that energy out into the world

I’m also in the Men’s club there. It’s a great group. Biggest men’s club in Washington.

We should have a practice round before a tournament - I’m planning on playing as many as I can this year.
