Dr. Ho’s is the shit. Their non-pizza stuff is awesome too and they always have some good stuff to drink in there, no matter what you’re looking for. Best part about the place, though, may be the vibe

yeah I got cancelled on for sat cuz two little sallies are afraid to play in the rain.
It looks to me like they’re just guessing on when we’ll start feeling impacts of the storm. I am seeing a lot of the predicted paths having it still a pretty good ways out as of Sun morning - hopefully just outer rain bands in our area by then that is not constant downpour. I honestly think Saturday will be fine…

Yeah I show White Sulphur WV at 60% chance with the bulk of it being at night. I have an 11:36 tee time and Im getting that in either way, as with a new kid/hunting season this is likely my last round until 2021 unless we catch a nice day in dec.

Pentelton is awesome as well. Course is in awesome shape (played it two weeks ago) and is 30ish min. from F’burg.
I do not recommend The Gauntlet. Greens are trashed for the season.
I’m playing that WTG tournament, too! Old Trail in Crozet is 28 min. away (I live in Crozet and I’m a member at WTG so I have the drive down). OT is in phenomenal shape and about $60-70 and you can walk all times of the day. Winton Farm is pretty fun, Ed Ault design about 30 min. past WTG.

what’s the weather looking like for this weekend into Monday up there? I’m supposed to play wintergreen and old trail this weekend and hoping to get at least one of them in…
as of now they are saying most of the storm hits sat night into sunday…I’m guessing sunday will be a complete waste all over VA. Sat may end up being ok. Cloudy maybe a few showers and some wind tho. Not ideal.
So all the weather they’re predicting is from Delta? If that’s the case then we could get lucky all weekend or it could be a complete washout, but I wasn’t sure if there was any other systems coming in up around there or if it was just Delta. I am still hopeful it will take a little longer to get up into our area and that Saturday is pretty decent…
it was originally supposed to be 75 and sunny about a week ago before delta shifted and such, I’m not sure on an actual answer for you, but I’m playing the gamble on it being pretty good saturday still/at worse probably still able to enjoy a round. Packing rain gloves and gear too tho just in case

Crap unfortunately. Rain most of the weekend but pending where you are, it could be pouring in Crozet and blue skies in Nellysford (Wintergreen).
I have the other 2 for 11:36 at old white, $28. Probs will rain, but still a huge deal
