If you didn’t bring sticks, scroll up to give the Guest Set a look. Fair warning a few clubs are out for refurbishing (grips, lie angles etc).
Also have a center-shafted Odyssey White Hot blade putter and a recently acquired set of TaylorMade blades with S400s that can be rotated in. That said, you could also rent clubs.

Howdy all; arrive into VBVA on Monday evening (5th) and will be in town for a month pretty much. Head to CA for just over a week from the 8th (I think) but if anyone is around for a whack in the back half of August, hit me up. Played with @slimreaper87 a couple years back & hopefully he can vouch for me not being a total liability on course

Played Royal New Kent today and it did not disappoint. Played 54 holes there today.
First round was the best then the quality really fell off. Last round I played from
the Green tees, which being shorter really challenged the course management and landing areas planning. They punched their greens in early July. They are still little bumpy and being from the North I don’t get a lot chances to putt on Bermuda grass. I only had 10 3 putts but that’s still roughly 20% of holes played. Hopefully they will roll the greens soon and they should be getting dialed in for Fall golf.
One thing I did discover from playing the Green tees is that they have created a little 9 hole short course on the front 9 called Strantz Shadows. I will include the score card. It’s new this year. I ran out of time to play it after my 54 holes but was able to find most of the tee boxes. If you have ever played at Tobacco Road they have a similar secret 9 called El Camino on the front 9 there. At RNK the guy in the shop said it was like $25 to play, I remember paying $20 at TR.

Is there a best centralised place to see local tee times anywhere please? Or just have to check each course individually?
Not really, besides Golf Now or GolfVB – which has times for three muni courses that I wouldn’t really recommend.

Played Sewell’s Point on Saturday. 5 hr round was pretty brutal, though probably to be expected teeing off at 11:10am.
Cypress Point early morning (7am) in a cart; 4hrs should be plenty doable, no?
Not even with a billion beers.
