A week of very low motivation and a bumping Refuge is an awful combo for meā¦ Really struggling here.
Next week when we get updates from @Jrembold on the Roost structure/schedule will be worse.
Donāt worry, Iāll be taking diligent notes while also trying to rile up the other captains.

After coming back from the break to hundreds of unread emails, itās been a kick in the nuts going back to work this week.
As a result my Refuge usage has gone down like 90%. So by the time catch up on threads like this one, Iām thinking of funny responses to posts from 4 hrs ago but @chrismarz already said that what @Nickygifts already said was funny, so Iām light years behind.
Itāll come back though, I canāt keep up this āworkingā for much longer.

Ownership means something when it comes to who has to do the work. Agile is a defined methodology for how work gets done. Pain points, best practices, and client-centric are all things!
