It’s all in how important quality greens are to your enjoyment of a round of golf. I lose interest really quick when it’s putt and pray.
I don’t think I’d play there for 1/4 of what they charge.
Place was in shambles when i played it about 5 years ago.
if you do play there --keep an eye on your gear. Bunch of thieves!

I’ve never had anything stolen from me at a golf course, and honestly wouldn’t have put Caledonia at the top of my “beware” list. Really?
Does anyone play around the CHS area? I’ll be back up for school mid August if anyone wants to get out and play! Currently playing off a 4.

Hey everyone relatively new to CHS area. Noticed league play is lacking here and can’t believe as a NLU fan I didn’t come to this sooner. Would love to play/get involved with CHS and SC members. Have added my info to distribution list. Primarily play at Stono Ferry, Dunes West, Charleston Muni. Have played in Columbia, Myrtle Beach and Lancaster.

Welcome to CHS. We really just lack the organization. I think there’s a mix of single guys and guys with younger families.
And I don’t throw clubs, but I’ll release/drop right after impact a la JT with the best of them.

Welcome dude. I live in Mt Pleasant about perfectly equidistant between Dunes West, River Towne and Charleston National. I refuse to play Patriots Point but will most definitely travel to play the Muni. I fit into the younger family category. I have a almost 4 year old so I really play late afternoons on weekdays.

I’d like to skip work lol. Anyway if you decide to play after 3 or 4 one day or on a weekend I’d be in for sure
West Ashley guy here. Muni regular, just FYI, muni punched greens Monday so unless you’re getting the local rate at $20, it’s probably not going to be the true Muni Experience for the money lol
I play with the Super’s significant other and the plan is to grow the greens and slow them down to be able to have them ready for the Club Championship next weekend the 27-28th.
Wouldn’t feel right sending a nest member out there without knowing they punched the greens

I wish I saw this sooner, absolutely got stiffed on the price when I thought I got the local rate. Even though the greens were punched they still rolled great compared to Florida which surprised me. Also was on track to play my personal best until it poured on me on the back nine lol.
Yeah, make sure you register as a city resident. Not sure why they over charge Mt. Pleasant and Tri-County residents like tourists. Let me know if you need a game!
Greetings Palmetto Cannons (and everyone else)! I’ll be in Charleston in mid-October (17-21) for work and hoping to get some bonus golf in on Thursday afternoon 10/20 and/or Friday morning 10/21. Never been to SC so beyond Strapped, I have no clue what to play. Planning to play Charleston Muni on that Monday with colleagues but nothing is planned yet. Would love to get out with a few of y’all if possible.
