Roll Call: North Carolina

Charlotte is a non-private golf desert. Go up I 77 to Mooresville Golf Club. Fabulous public facility.

Stonehouse layout is great but the conditioning is nowhere near the other Stranz courses. I played there for like $45 last summer.

Working on it. Weather a bit shaky.

Hi everyone,

New to the nest and still exploring all the different threads. Apologies if I end up posting out of place.

My wife and I live in Apex and just celebrated the birth of our first child in November. Life got busy and havenā€™t had as much time to get out and play as much. Setting a goal to play more this year and take practice seriously for the first time in my short golf career.

Looking forward to the community, Happy New Year

Iā€™m a member at Finley, they are still slowly ramping things up. The colder temps have impacted tee times, things will be better as we move towards the spring. The practice set up is fantastic, the course is in great shape, no food onsite yet so grab a jersey mikes before your tee time.

Real ones know to go to Merrittā€™s before thoughā€¦

Truth on Merritt!!! they have shorter hours and people from outside or ch usually drive by jersey mikes so Iā€™m just trying to keep it easy

Finley has a keurig now so people are bringing their own ā€œbrandā€, itā€™s a fun little thing to do before your round. I may have handed out bottles of baileys right before Christmas.

I hope to see you there soon! We really need to do a NLU day at the 18 hole putting course.

Hey folks!

Completing a coast to coast move from the PNW to Raleigh area here in the next few weeks and excited to explore the regionā€™s rich golfing delicacies! Was a big fan of the meet ups with the roost out in the PNW and looking forward to seeing how the south does it! Cheers to the new year and hopefully to some slashes to the handicap in 2024!!

Hey yā€™all!! Havenā€™t been on in awhile but wanted to be more involved this year. I live in the Triad, High Point more specifically. Is there a roost in the area?
