In charge of booking the golf for my friendās upcoming bachelor party at Lake Norman. Any recommendations nearby (<1hr drive)?
Mooresville, skybrook or Rocky River. Probably in that order
But Rocky River is right next to the racetrack which could be kind of cool too

Mooresville for sure. See if someone can get you on the trump course. Hehe. Are you a member anywhere? If so thereās a few private courses you may be able to get on with a phone call.

Yes but I doubt my club has enough pull to get me out anywhere too exclusive. Worth a shot though!

Depending on where you are staying and the group youāre with but I would also recommend Country Club of Salisbury. Private but Iām sure they would welcome you out on an afternoon.

Or if you are that type of party. Just go public. But if your not. Id def have your pro call. If you can okay afternoon Def better. Peninsula club is there.
Check out River Oaks too. Off the beaten path, but a pretty fun course. Verdict Ridge always has good conditions

After finally driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, and watching Bryan Bros latest video I really want to play some mountain golf. Where do people here recommend?
Depends on where you go but, Boone GC, Mountain Glenn, Grassy Creek (my home course), are some good options north of Asheville.
