Anyone here have some insight on how Pine Needles and Mid Pines rates work? I was looking at the end of the month about a week ago and online the price was under 100$. Went back to book a day or 2 later and the same day was 175$ per person.
They shouldn’t fluctuate like that on the same day - prices are pretty rigid there. Sounds like you are just looking at when rates go up from winter to spring.
The fact that MP is cheaper than PN is a joke, but I love it because MP is so much better

I want to say it was about $100 accompanied, I do remember I could not pay. Had to reimburse the member. Not sure how that’ll work for you. Also don’t know if unaccompanied is higher.
I will say that even at $150 it’s worth it. Great courses and greens.
Thanks man, yea I could see it being close to $200. I actually talked to someone in the pro shop today and he said our chances of getting out depend on the day, time of year, etc. and probably the prestige of our club, which is mid tier.
Yeah we may have had some kind of break, as a member hosted a handful of us and we rented a cabin on their range. Our bills included lunches, booze, lodging and golf, so it’s hard to say.

I’ll be at oak island from march 4th til about 20th. For work so will play oak island gc in mornings after work, just 9 holes. But may have a couple pops to play 18. Wanted to play Brunswick national.

What course u miss? And yea I meant cape fear. I played carolina national, it didn’t make me want to run back. Wouldn’t mind Wilmington muni sinvce hearing so much about it, i know bald head is private but any idea on the rates I may be able to get on it.

Oak island is great. Cape fear Natty is awesome but when I left they had jacked the rates sky high. People might say it’s worth the 90-100 but as someone who was used to playing it for $50 it pissed me off haha.
Go play the muni, you will not be disappointed. Super easy awesome walk too.
