This is what makes alternate shot the best! It’s the most fun you can have while being steaming mad at your partner for 3 hours.
Y’all weren’t joking about how great Keller is. Wow. Had a great time out there today with @bignanski @Mystic and @PaaSco. Thanks for joining me guis. Had a wild ride, with an out of body 40 on the front and a very typical 54 on the back.
Whats up, guis! @charvey and myself have back to back times at Stoneridge on Monday, 7/5 - 7:30 and 7:40 am. I will have a non-internet friend with me so we’ve got 5 spots open.
If anyone wants to come listen to Chris extol the virtues of our wonderful handicap system or watch me double-cross myself into oblivion, let us know!
I’m in. Giving up my Stoneridge virginity sounds like a great way to kick of NSS2 week.
I’m (tentatively) in! Just have to double check with my better half!
Mondays are for the boys! Count me in
I always forget you’re a big Barstool gui
I just know he was thrilled when he had to give me a stroke earlier this year in our match. I know @Billy_Baroo loves it as well.
Absolutely. Course is in great shape too. Fast, firm and greens rolling great.
Hopefully my game can match the shape of the course… game is an absolute Microwave right now
I gave you a strong performance yesterday but you failed me with your steady bogeys. I need birdies, pars and others out of you and nothing in between!
Got the green light from the old lady, LFG! Looking forward to checking out Stoneridge for the first time as well!
Wait there are MN Refugees that haven’t yet played StoneRidge?!?
Stoneridge AND Braemar, believe it or not. Two big blind spots for your boy.
Listen… hand up, I’ve got to be better. Birdies, pars and triples only from here on out.
If a course has a walking weekend rate of $50+, chances are I have not played it. #CheapGolfFriends
If there ever is a course to experience greatness and meltdown in the same round it’s Stoneridge. Earlier in the year I bogeyed 4 of last 5 for 74, last Thursday I was 3 under through 15 and shot even and finally conquered my demons last night making birdies on the last two to shoot 70. The key is to let some air out of the tires early by bogeying the barn hole which is the most birdieable hole on the back 9.
Did someone say something about playing Braemar this Saturday or am I making this up?
I can testify that Chris bogeyed the barn hole, turns to me on the next tee and goes, “I needed that bogey. Have to pump the breaks a bit to keep the train on the tracks.” A truly inspiring round.
I was 100% part of the butt hurt nation when @bobs219 popped on (what felt like) every god damn hole, and then proceeded to par said holes.
