Alright folks it’s time to choose a name. Since we’re not strictly a Minnesota roost I thought it best to eliminate any name ideas (even good ones) that were obviously MN-specific. Without further ado, please vote:

I keep thinking about @JScore mention about incorporating Paul Bunyan, and keep thinking of a logo that incorporates an axe crossed with a golf club.

Not sure about a fitting name though, something like the “Axes of the North” or the “Tomahawks”…I don’t know I generally suck at this type of thing. Or Noresmen or Mauraders if we’re looking for synonyms for vikings?

Or we could just rip off the NLU NCC event and be the Highlanders. Already has a logo that I think @MackReiter now owns the rights to. :rofl:

North Star is a great theme but it’s squarely a Minnesota thing and our Roost, though centered here, is not

I guess I see North Star as representing the colloquial “North” and not as Minnesota specific.

And if that’s the case and the NSS is a Roost event, you planning on changing the name to something less MN specific?
