I’m thankful for @Battisstatus goading me into checking out NLU about two years ago. I curse a lot and generally keep things pretty light around here, but I’m seriously happy to have met everyone here. Golf has become a big, important part of my mental well-being and it’s directly related to you degens awesome folk. Happy Thanksgiving, don’t spend your whole day finding somewhere to play tomorrow (like I will).

Thankful to have met everyone the few times I’ve ventured out IRL! If only the Refuge was around in early 2018. Having moved up to MN in 2017 and found it hard to get in a groove of meeting new golf friends, I went the direction of joining a club to have that base for branching out and meeting people. While I don’t regret that, it would have been a harder decision if there was such easy access to similarly obsessed golfers.
