Got married in Annapolis and return often for anniversary visits. Highly recommend Carrol’s Creek Cafe for a brunch with the wife. It’s right across Spa Creek from the city dock, which means either a casual stroll across the drawbridge or a quick but fun water taxi ride. The food is good, not great, but the views back across the water are fantastic.

I put in a submission for the WhatsApp chat but mentioned that it probably makes more sense to break up the DC area and the Baltimore area given the driving distances and that we’ve already got a lot of people. Also agree that a DC/MD Ryder Cup needs to happen.

Love it. I’ve been putting on an annual MD vs VA/DC event since 2017 (The Capital Cup) with a group of friends, it’s a blast. Something special about competitive match play. Haven’t joined the WhatsApp chat because I feel like I’m way behind the 8 ball but may have to dip my toe in. I’m way down in St. Mary’s county so I’d be nice to get up towards Baltimore and play some courses there, maybe catch an O’s game this spring.
