The sim is At traditions golf course in brewer…bangor muni opened the last weekend of april last year…pvcc let’s people out whenever. Bangor also closes by veterans day regardless of weather…which may he the biggest turn off for me…there is also a simturf putting green on husson campus fyi . I hit that up every now and then. Cheers
I have become quite fond of the Ledges! Its a fun track that is usually in great condition.

From New Brunswick but love golf in Maine. Have played Belgrade Lakes, Sugarloaf, Arrostock, Toddy, None such, Ledges, Cape Arendel, Fox Ridge, Samoset and Mars Hill. Lots of great golf, hopefully get some more in this year.

Whoops. Forgot to say that I play a lot at Sugarloaf and Belgrade. Also like Diadema
Spent a summer in Sanford coaching for the Mainers, only got to play at Old Marsh and the Ledges; holy smokes do I wish I was more “woke” back then. I remember driving past the Links at Outlook a few times and thinking it looked like a fun course. Need to get back up there.

We’re approaching a Maine meetup critical mass. Maybe we should plan one independent of the June Nest invitational. Could see doing Belgrade as a central meeting spot or Arundel just because. I’ve never played Belgrade but obviously one of, if not the best, courses in the state.

What date would we be looking at?
When are we confident that courses will be open? 
Belgrade typically shoots to be open around May 1. They opened late last season but historically its around 1st week in May.
I took advantage of the Husson practice green yesterday.
There was still a little snow, but it was nice to enjoy the sun!
I assume Arundel will open sooner, but more of a drive for the northerners.
Nice! I went sunday and snapped a photo to send to a buddy I was trying to convince to come out. I figure by today it tomorrow it should be mostly clear…not a bad spot huh?! Its always been empty when I go
Within 2 weeks for nonesuch if this trend continues

Hopefully they have had a better winter this year…heard the course came out of winter pretty rough last year
