I’ve only played Blue Top once and it was a cold windy fall day, got my ass absolutely handed to me. The only hole I remember is a long par 5 straight up hill that I think was playing 837 yards that day. I’d love to get another crack at it.
It’s a fucking monster on a good day.
It’s a fun course but it will absolutely kick your dick in if you’re playing bad. From the back tees 7 is a little over 600 yards, and 16 is 665. 12 is a beast straight up the hill at about 550.
It’s insane how low the dudes go at the Iowa open every year.
