I recorded my son’s rounds at talons this weekend. What an unbelievable track. He played really well and ended the day one stroke back. Here is round one.

This years match play champ was in the group in front of my son on the second day and made a run and shot 69 to finish -1 for the tournament. Was it enough to chase down the leaders? You’ll have to stick around for round 2 to see how it shakes out!

Shout out to Echo Valley.
Played the IGA club team at Wakonda today. Echo Valley takes the cup at 9 under. Great shooting.
Also, shout out to Wakonda. Langford design with a wonderful renovation.

Putting this out there, nothing official by any means, me and @RunItOut have the 9am tee-time at Blue Top Ridge on the 26th of October. They run a special at $65 for “Shoulder Season” and we had a blast last year. I think 9:10 & 9:20 are still open if anybody wants to make the trip to a very nice course at a pretty good discount. We have our two other spots at 9am tentatively filled but not locked down, so if interested still let us know.
