Adds up while players do their own thing. Don’t think you need to re-invent the wheel to make it compelling. Think of it like how college golf do their stroke play team events. Points get accrued across the whole season.
the front nine at murcar is some of the most enjoyable links golf i’ve played. was outrageously good.

Looks like an excellent trip. They’ve done well to get you on at the Castle and Kingsbarns. I doubt if any of the GB&I refugees will have used Golf Scotland, but I’m sure there are others on the board who have done so.

@baberuth I was quite smug about my May 2022 NW Ireland golf trip until I saw yours!
My brother and I are playing:
18 May: Cruit Island in the afternoon
Thurs 19 May Rosapenna Sandy Hills and then Old Tom Morris
Fri 20 May Rosapenna St Patricks .
Sat 21 May Portnoo
We’re already booked for the Rosapenna ones but need to get Cruit/Portnoo sorted.
The dates don’t quite align with yours but shout if anything changes and you’d be up for a potential join up…

Happy to meet up with anyone from this forum. As of now, its just me with various golfer buddies from various circles of friends saying “I would be up for meeting up for part of that” but doing nothing to pull the trigger for various reasons, ie job, wife, kids, covid etc.

Hi all, New to Refuge!
Live near Newbury and am a member at Donnington Grove. Also like playing in amateur events especially the occasional GAGT event at a top course every now and again!
Really interested in what the community can offer in terms of getting out and about to play new courses and enjoy golf in 2022!
Let me know if anyone else plays in the GAGT events, or get in touch if interested… played Swinley and Sunningdal last year in them and they were unbelievable days so would highly recommend,
