I think we can ask nicely for NIT spots for Mudness. It’s an established event and anyone that can perform well in the midwest in March deserves a Florida vacation in November.
if we got a pick axe as the trophy that would be sick.
logo could be the little prospector dude holding the pick axe as the NLU logo. a bit cartoonish but in a cool way.*
*I’m no longer cool, i understand.
The Summit at Mt. Prospect
There’s a base camp. Local Sherpa. Flags and craft beers everywhere. Kinda want to die down the final stretch.
There it is.
Elevation: 669’
wait all that time only to thin a wedge over the green…
MP in June is great, especially because of twilight putting contests, but I submit that late fall while swapping stouts and playing group 4 ball is the best way to experience MP.
@ me next time, jerk.
Hear me out…we rent (or borrow) a school bus for the day and all drive out there.
I’d be SO down for some Deere Run.
I’d do anything for Ms Frizzle
I will send out a survey to the membership (that sounds so official) to gauge interest over our major being TPC. NLU wants this date locked down soon so if TPC drags their feet we’re gonna have to go back to MP because they’re quick.
God this brings back some memories. Not to derail the conversation but I once had a Magic School Bus themed party and we used my dads old Mazda truck as the school bus. We even got to see two snakes fighting.
I wanna be a kid again.
Just because you have adult money doesn’t mean you always need to be an adult
I love the Deere idea, but feasibility is low. I think turnout would be lower. Plan the MP event.
Who said I have adult money?
MP will always go on but the idea would be making Deere the “major”
Right, I get that. If the major is going to get a lot of publicity though, wouldn’t it make most sense to make it more accessible? And in the Chicagoland area.
None of this makes any sense as it is
Makes sense any none as of it this is
Me trying to explain Roosts to people, most notably my own family.
