Parkside used to be owned by a college friend’s family, once TTF blew up they sold it. It used to be even better than it is now. True gem.

Sadly I have not been to the Turkey Testicle Festival, but every meal that I have eaten on the patio has been spent looking at that Turkey mural on the wall and wondering. My mind is filled with possibilities of what the TTF might be - I need to experience it

I’m headed out to mount prospect Friday for the first time.
Did anyone sign up for the Canal Shores Glow Golf event on Friday night (10/7)? I’ve got a 4-some and would love to meet some fellow Nest guys during the pizza portion.
Not sure if this is allowed… but I’m playing in the Iron Man Open again this November at Village Links. We went in last year thinking we’d be ok, but the weather had other ideas… most cold and miserable round of golf (weather-wise) I’ve ever been a part of. But it was still fun as hell!
My wife got me a golf cart heater, but wondering if anyone on here (I live in Glen Ellyn) has a cart cover/enclosure I can borrow on Sunday, November 13th before I commit to buying one.

Can I throw another idea out. As someone who joined this year here, I’d love to know what courses I should target for 2023. I see a bunch of regular spots listed here often, but maybe an Unofficial top 30 courses to play in the area based on some semi-consistent reasoning.
This also might be a terrible idea…but thinking about where to play is always more work than it should be.
