Evanston strapped style eats would definitely be Mustard’s Last Stand for an old school hot dog stand and Sarkis Cafe is the real deal, especially if you need some hangover food.
One thing that is a must for you even though you said you’re staying close to the Evanston area is paying attention to the Chicago traffic. Construction on the expressway currently owns all of us.

Hello! I find myself with an opening morning for a Chicago trip in early June. Hopping in to ask for a course recommendation. My only playing experience in the area is Cog Hill but that was many years ago. Coming in from Indiana but staying on the north side, so open to whatever.
