These people are actually the worst. Especially with where the cell phone lot is now. The new location is lowkey the most convenient thing at ORD. How they didn’t fuck this up is amazing.
I am a stand up ASAP on a plane due to a knee and back that will stiffen up without fail. Which is also why I always try to get an aisle seat on the right side of the plane. Sorry imaginary airplane etiquette police. I’m old and out of shape. Welcome to America.
Now, if you stand up and try to jump ahead to exit sooner and don’t have a connection to catch, you are the worst. Same for people who don’t allow others to come back to get their luggage from an overhead because the ones up front were full.
Those are my imaginary rules. Do the right thing and don’t be a scumbag.
Highly satisfied with recent experiences parking at the Cumberland CTA park n ride, then taking the blue line in. Cheaper and arguably faster than any of the other remote lots with their shuttles. Only $11/day if you prepay.
This might be the biggest overblown issue ever. I will die on this hill.
As someone who does not travel well I can anecdotally declare no one wants to be on a plane or rubbing elbows with a stranger. It’s mere happenstance and we have no viable alternative. Can we not just accept the fact that traveling sucks, especially in airports?
I need to do this. Third party disrupter need to get out of the ORD system.
I ran through the airport with a car seat on my shoulder once after waiting forever for the economy lot. This is after dropping off Mrs Pargame and the kids (just two at the time) and bags off.
I cut everyone in security.
It was a scene.
Made it to the gate minutes before they shut the door. They were essentially holding the plane for me.
Kids love riding in the PreFlight shuttles, little red buses.
Used to park at a different location because a friend had a sponsorship from them and gave me vouchers, it was nice because they would detail your car while you were on vacation. Nowhere near as efficient as PreFlight though.
Nothing beats getting into a freshly detailed car after a flight though.
Folks, bumping this as i have one guy (non refuge) looking for a partner. This guy that is looking for a partner has the personality of a Chapelle show character and you will either have the best time of your life or the worst I can promise that
