We are going to dial up the city Breakfast Ball game again this year. Please read more about it if you are interested on the thread below. If you want to do this in the burbs, fill out the sheet, i have a column location so you could start your own satellite if there’s critical mass.
The gist is a weekly game early (literally as early as possible) to play 9 holes before work and the real world begins. We played anywhere between 5:30 and 7:00 at Sydney last year. We had a ton of fun. There were only four of us, but maybe there are four more sickos to give us a bit more for a league/game component for this year.
We do need you to more or less “commit” to the entire season – last year Sydney blocked the earliest tee time on the sheet for us in good faith, and we want to honor that.
We did post here for substitutes often, so if you’re not willing to commit you can probably plug in a few times as a sub.
Any recommendations on outdoor ranges open during the winter? I see Diversey is closed currently but hoping to take advantage of these 40 degree days sometime soon.
