Deerfield Golf Club is by far my favorite practice area in the North suburbs. Check that one out, probably would take you 20 minutes to get there

Back in the 2009ish range, I specifically remember the PGA Tour doing a flop shot contest during march madness to see who could flop different balls into a Little Tykes hoop. I would LOVE to bring that back.
It was a neat little web series, and I can’t seem to find it.
This might be around the time @djpie was working in their media department? Maybe?

What are the chances one of y’all have a golf travel bag that I could use/rent in April? Preferably a hard case but I am not picky.
I have a soft case that you can for sure borrow and might be able to find a soft case in storage that isn’t in use that I can pass along.
If you’re not set on a hard case let me know. I have the club glove protection arm that can be borrowed as well.
I’m in the west burbs, slide in to the DMs if interested.

Has anyone heard of Golf Moose? They are a discount site similar to Group Golfer were you prepay for rounds. There is an expiration date and certain weekend time restrictions. They have an offer for Prairie Landing in West Chicago $99 for a 2some with cart good thru October. Rates are usually in the $80-100 range at PL, this is a good deal at a top course, I bought a 4some the other day, I think you can use on weekends after 12:30. I used Golf Moose last year, worked fine, check it out www.golfmoose.com

Yes, it says “Out of Stock” in very small print under the price, you can still see the offer if you go to the Chicago West page; deals don’t normally sell out that fast on Golf Moose. I’ll keep my eyes open for other good ones, that one was exceptional, which explains why it sold out so fast, I guess…

I also have a soft one that you can use. I’ve had good luck with just unscrewing the heads on woods and using an alignment stick in the bag that sticks up above everything.
