First time poster in this thread - long time lurker…
Where do you guys in the greater Syracuse area play? My wife is from East Syracuse and we’re in town a lot. I haven’t found my “go to” spot yet. I’ve played Links at Erie Village a few times because my wife grew up in the neighborhood right next door but it feels like it’s basically under water all season.
I’ve also played Timber Banks, Northern Pines and Camillus.
Green Lakes comes up a lot but I’ve never been able to make that one work, tee time-wise.

I also recommend heading a little south and playing Vesper Hills. Well maintained course and an excellent deck with a beautiful view of Otisco Lake for post round beers.

Anyone play out at Rogues Roost or McConnellsville? Vesper is definitely an awesome course.
