Is Sonoma covered yet? It’s the seven counties in the Bay Area now from what I understand.
Not sure. Just checked the Press Democrat and it still says Sonoma is excluded (for now).

Normally I’d be all in, but our son is going to school and my wife is working from home. Not going to happen until he’s back in school.

Got to play in Ukiah today, the weather was amazing and the course was in the best shape I’ve seen it yet. There were probably 6 other people playing total but the club house had close to 20 people having cocktails. I was pretty surprised to see them serving food and drinks and even more surprised that most the people were over 50. Im hoping they stay open throughout this crazy time so I can take advantage.

I played Peacock Gap yesterday in Marin, they told me that they will be remaining open as “the golf course has been deemed an essential business”. I will probably be out there around 4:30 most days this week if anyone wants to join for an emergency 9/18.

Update: Place was an absolute zoo yesterday. Word must’ve traveled quick that they were remaining open.
Anyone else catch that the PGA Championship will be postponed? I had Wednesday practice round tickets, hoping they’ll have it later this year still. Currently on WFH duty for the foreseeable future, hoping I could sneak away for an emergency 9 here of there, but with courses closed in the area, it seems unlikely.
I have a 2:15 tee time at Peacock today. Saw a post that said “individual walking play only”. Tee times only through GolfNow as the shop is closed.
@PatPlaysGolf was the shop open the other day or was it chaos and anarchy out there?

Absolute anarchy. Pro Shop was closed. They had one employee working in the bar who was also managing tee times/green fees etc. But that was day one of the mandate, they might have refined a little.
I’m playing Peacock on Sunday. The idea of it being a “zoo” makes me very uncomfortable… I want to play but I also want to respect social distancing and being a responsible citizen… were people honoring tee times? We booked online and are trying to do things right.
When did you book, just went on the website to try and pay for a time this afternoon and got the following:
