@greebs they have an actual “NCGA guest” rate that’s like $175 that’s separate from public rate, which is $350. So even if they hassle their group like that, playing with a NCGA member is still worth even if they aren’t able to get the full discount of the NCGA member rate, especially when you multiply it by 2 players.
I didn’t realize that “Guest” rate existed until recently.
Exactly our thoughts, well worth it to treat a NCGA member to a free round!
Regardless, sounds like its a dope spot to check out regardless of pricing, so I locked in our time sooner rather than later. If anyone wants to take up that offer to join me and my dad, lets ride
Stating the obvious here, but be sure to drive down and check out the Lodge at Pebble Beach, peep the 18th hole, have a drink, maybe play a quick nine on The Hay.
Definitely have at least the drink and hang on 18 on the itinerary, my Dad and I played there together something like 15 years ago, so will be some lovely reminiscing. Will certainly try and poke around the Hay as well!
if any North Bay folks want to get fitted for the new Titleist GT we have a fitting event this friday morning/ afternoon at StoneTree in Novato. message me if interested
My wife & I are coming to SF for a month mid Oct through mid November. We’re looking at ABNB/VRBO for a rental that’s pet friendly (we have an 80lb Golden). If anyone knows of anything available, please let me know. We’re looking at the Sunset, most of our old SF crew is out that way.
Will definitely be looking to get some rounds/matches in while we’re there.
There’s not much place for value in golf nowadays, but the $90 to play Poppy might be the best value I’ve ever gotten. The rate to join NCGA and play ONCE was worth it. Nevermind if you have multiple shots.
