Okay folks, as reward for surviving the current temperatures here in Edmonton Sagebrush has provided a response!

Short of it is they have room for us Fri July 19th, and Saturday July 20th.
The quote was for unlimited golf for two days, two nights accommodations on site, and included breakfasts to go with it. Total per person costs on site are $1,149 all in.
They offered some offsite options for staying in Merritt at the best western which is 20 minutes away. This would reduce the costs by $283/pp to a total of $867 per golfer.
There’s a deposit due on booking of roughly 10% to sagebrush for golf ($840) or golf and accommodations ($1440).
I’m inquiring with the course about what the details of the lodging looks like for beds, rooms, and so on.
For those of us that would like a bit more golf, I’ll probably look to add some thurs/sunday golf still.
