hello hello - wanted to revive this to see if there’s any interest in a fall meetup? I know @ChickPhilA just saw me so maybe it’s too soon, but I think everyone had a blast at the mini-event at Makefield in March, and the Steeplechase at Jeffersonville was so much fun. The google sheet still exists, but since that is a bit outdated, do we want to plan another outing(s) for October/autumn, if possible?

Keep away from the fescue! The greens are tricky to read… I like to keep it below the hole. You’re going to love it.
And like @ChickPhilA said… the 18th green is broken.

I def forgot about the fescue (I managed to avoid it until the 18th and then was just like “f this green” lol).
Still having nightmares about 18 from The Steeplechase. Don’t let that stop you though it’s a fantastic track!

Trying to not be a lazy bum and actually follow through on my suggestion. If you could fill this out if you’re interested, it’ll help with planning purposes. I am more than willing to accept help if anyone wants to help me organize as I am still relatively new to the Refuge. Will cross post this to the other PA/NJ groups. I am thinking we can organize as many of these as people want to do across NJ/PA for Spring/Summer/Fall 2022. Actual structure TBD. Handicap is being asked just to get an idea for groupings when the time comes. Anyone with course connections let me know, as that would be easier than just cold calling for a massive tee time block.

Anyone have any insight on what’s going on at Cobbs Creek? It seems like the answer is nothing as of now. The official Instagram account promised an update soon, but that was almost 2 months ago. After all the momentum the project seemingly had I’d hate to see it not go anywhere.
I know when they closed on Halloween last year for the renovation, it was said that they would not reopen until summer 2023….
