The question is if this is concert rules where you aren’t allowed to wear the band’s shirt, so is NLU attire off-limits?

I think you go all-in. The boys wear the gear all the time so you can too. I will likely have layers on, but will certainly have some NLU accessories.

Had a blast! Think I got the first sunburn of 2021. A hat might’ve been the play at a largely treeless place like Makefield. Either way the cold beers went down great and the company was even greater than I could’ve hoped for. Thanks to everyone who came out for the good times, looking forward to seeing you all again down the line and meeting other Philly area folks next time.

I haven’t played there, but a friend in Philly is a member and she loves it. Easy to walk, in nice shape, good people – and affordable.

Does anyone on here play out of LuLu? Seems pretty reasonably priced. Not sure if I can swing it this year but thinking about it…
Don’t play out of there but have played it before and will be doing so again for the first time in awhile at a GAP event next week. Not sure if it’s finished but I know they were due for a brand new club house after the prior one burned down a few years back, the plans they had for it looked pretty cool. The course itself from what I remember was fun as well though I’ll get memory refresher next week. Seems to me it’s a good deal.
Nice - yeah have heard a lot about the clubhouse burning down. Pretty wild. I know I’ll like the course based on their Instagram (and it being a Ross and all). Report back with your findings after playing their next week if you could

Lulu’s a fun place with a lot of good players. Conditions are decent. Where do you live?
Center City - which could possibly be a problem. I’m very new to the area so don’t really have my bearings yet.
I couldn’t speak to the private scene but the public options living in CC are pretty bleak and have only gotten bleaker. Nothing close or convenient. If you’re going to be traveling anyway a club may not be a bad investment.
Kind of my thoughts exactly. Seems like there are some options here and there but it seems like most courses don’t allow you to book as a single (online at least) which makes it tough when you know basically no one + I am sure they are packed constantly.
