Best root beer is fresh made. But that is rare to find. So A&W or Mug. If Barq’s is my only option, then I go with water.

My go to Airport meal.
Edit: Had a delightful Bacon King (no fries). Ate about 3/4 of it. Large sandwich.

There’s an A&W on our way to my in-laws lake house and stop for a gallon or 2 if my FIL or any of the nieces/nephews will be there. Wins huge points for me and I get to have a sneak ice cream on the drive.

Delightful since they switched back to cane sugar. Limited availability (walmart / jewel osco locally, neither of which I frequent.)
