As I said, August 18th is the big cutoff for the Chambers round. If you book now, I know 100% you can get it fully refunded if you cancel before that/on that day, no questions asked.
After that, I believe you can still get a full refund until 72 hours before. If it’s in the 72 hours, then I think it becomes a 50% return in the form of a rain check

I get a list of every name that pays, so in a way you are registering. But you will have to do it again for the GM round soon.
I view the player details Google Sheet as the final registration, and I’ll get that out as soon as a GM portal is open
