I’m front loading all my rides this week as Thurs-Mon I’m out of town with no bike. Kind of a rough week to choose to do them all in back to back days but at least I’m at the PZE part of the week.
I have done SOMETHING every day this month so far and will keep that up, be it stretching or some walks etc.
Output is like 30% below peak which is notgreatbob.gif but have to start somewhere. This ride was fire and @tnord I’m surprised you didn’t faint when Emma shouted you out!
I took that ride too, and was startled when she said it. But I didn’t take it live so it wasn’t me. I’m “trophyhusbnd” on there, because “trophyhusband” was already taken.
If it was me no doubt she would’ve mentioned Emma the beagle too.
Emma can get after it on the bike and in the core workouts.
I was taking 2 or 3 short breaks during the 1min of bicycle crunches when I went through the CYC program last year. But after a year on the bike, having been through the program once, and done a few dozen other core classes, I can do it straight through.
I took some Ben 10 minute full body stretch yesterday and literally lost it when Coldplay’s fix you came on and he of course had to tell us all how it is really his most favourite of “tracks” of all time.
