There are some people in this thread who put up numbers that seem literally impossible to me. If you add the #NLURefuge hashtag you will find there are plenty of us who are producing at many different levels. Ride your bike, and enjoy the fun!

Happy Monday folks - time for another update. Thanks to @bennyl1 for this one! We’ve got Camila’s 30 Min HIIT Ride from 10/18/21 for this week. I do believe this is the first time Camila has made an appearance in the Refuge group. I have not taken a ride with her so will be interested in everyone’s feedback! @ChickPhilA please update the title when you’ve got a moment. Enjoy!

I’m always blown away by how little effort it seems she had to exert while running a core class—she’ll make a comment about “you’re probably feeling a little buuuurn now!” and I’m gritting teeth

Did this weeks ride and it was awesome! Playlist helped get you through the rather short breaks between blocks. Will definitely keep an eye out for Camila’s Rides going forward!

Oh snap…this weekend they are dropping an Eminem artist series. I like, don’t love Eminem, but I would guess those songs will be SERIOUSLY fun to ride to. Kind of geeked for that, even assuming that it will be all the instructors I do NOT want leading those rides…
