Fun ride. Great music. Really enjoy Ben as an instructor as well.
Did anyone else notice that almost every shout out had “dad” in the username? Guess that’s what happens during these classic rock rides haha!
Also, apparently I’m looking for a new pair of shoes, heard a crack mid ride today
WHOA. That’s … that’s not great

This guy throws down power
I knew I stay under 150 avg. output for a reason. Definitely not because I’m out of shape. Nope, not at all.
Hellyeahdude!
Hm… sounds like you could go faster.
(Congrats!)
Thanks for that clarification. I made an edit because I thought it meant that I had taken that ride.
tried to PR, but ran out of poop at the end and fell a little short. good rode though, exceeded expectations.
somebody earlier was mentioning that they sweat too much. Well, I’m with you brother.
This one was a Mr @greebs special
Love with Wilpers says, “Bring out the kiddie pool to put under your bike, we have a good one today!” But honestly anything above a Low Impact ride for me is a sweatfest.
Decided to push my PZP ride to the weekend so figured I might as well do the ride I apparently suggested. Realized I was on pace to break 300 for a 30 minute ride which I realize is not much to man but I’d never done it before. And on my ass the entire ride was @yungloudancolin - and in perfect symmetry we ended with the exact same output, 302kj.
But the image I’m more proud of actually is this one
That’s 33 straight days of activity. Some of it is just a day when I stretch, but it’s probably riding 5/7 days. Hoping to keep this up as long as I possibly can.
Twins!
Got back on the weekly ride and another solid middle of the Refuge finish. It looks like I took this ride back in January. Beat my output by 50. Feels good.
If you’d get a fan you’d have a higher output
10 kj a minute is a big first time accomplishment
