Have only taken one ride with Jenn since last football season. Hoping that she still runs back the gameday power hours this fall. Those were always a lot of fun.

I’ll #getinvolved … never done a Jen class.

Haven’t done a ride in a few weeks, will try to get this one in… not sure I can ride all that hard to a jam band though.

Definitely not setting records with this one, but I enjoyed it. And not killing myself with the first workout of the week.

Also, we’re going to be moving our bike from our front office (read: solarium) to the new basement gym. It’ll be me and my wife. Anyone have experience with moving the bike? Recommend taking the screen off?

I had to move mine, and i removed the screen. It was super easy so its kinda a no brainer imo

Sounds like doing stairs, so I’d take the screen off. It’s a plug and a couple screws, so not a huge undertaking.

Also, after being a lazy ass for a month, and letting work get the best of all my time, I’m back on the bike. 2/2 the last couple days…goal at 4x per week minimum. Gotta get back in shape. Still very new to the biking and the seat still kicks my ass as much as the workouts, but slowly getting better.

@rmaas91 Just an FYI. I am tired of seeing your face ahead of me on the leaderboard on every single ride i do. I swear we must have very similar preferences on who we like to ride with and no matter what you are almost always 10-20 higher then me. Its getting old, please slow down or change who you ride with.

Yea, see this is the problem. Please slow down then. You don’t have to stop completely but if you could tone back the resistance by 5 for the second half of the ride, i may be able to compete.

In all seriousness your pace is awesome, it gives me motivation each ride as i don’t want the gap to become too big.

Definitely skipping this weeks. I have zero desire to listen to the dead no matter what I’m doing, let alone for 45 minutes on the bike.
