Hey everyone - valid questions/inquiries all (well, mostly all, while the usual suspects went immediately toward ill intent and playing to people’s baser instincts, as they do best). I did build on $200 buffer for a) attractive tee gifts b) tips for those on Bandon side who assisted in organizing/executing, c) a few rounds of drinks for the entire group on the trip and d) to cover some of our expenses in getting all five of us from Jax to Bandon. As always, our intent with this event is to break even - that allows us to focus on putting on an exceptional trip and not worry about making these any sort of profit center, while also not losing a bunch of money and ensuring it’s a sound business decision.
I’ve requested a line item breakdown of the costs from the resort and will share when I receive it. Appreciate @tjosu and @Jet1329 broaching the subject - I’ll get a firm accounting of all costs inherent and everyone is welcome to make an educated decision based upon his/her own priorities from there.
