Very well said.

500 bucks extra is appropriate to make sure they don’t take a loss. Why should they?

Appreciate this very much. Crossing every appendage in hopes of hitting the lotto.

thank you. I assume caddies costs will be something the individuals take care of themselves if they elect to use them?

Also, if you (the royal you) don’t wanna pay the “premium” for the trip then …. gasp …… don’t.

Free markets are wonderful.

Some people like whining about the price of the golf trips they don’t organize.

If the tee gift is a wine club membership I suppose I’ll just have to throw my hat in the ring.

After paying a premium for an event earlier this year, I definitely feel like I got my monies worth out of gifts, food, prizes, and the hang.

Pretty bummed that I had to back out of my March 2021 Bandon trip (with a dream itinerary) because of travel safety questions, but very hopeful that I can nab a lottery pick and by April of next year we’re finally in a good spot for a cross-country flight. Until then I’ll just keep pretending East Potomac Golf Links is a good substitute for Bandon Dunes.

Wait a second, you mean to tell me that you actually put some time, effort and thoughtful consideration into planning this? I’m offended by the very notion.

In all seriousness, this looks amazing and I should be so lucky to get get picked in the lottery.

Incredible how this has grown legs and turned in to this

Nobody was whining about the “price of the golf trips they don’t organize”, somebody simply said “hey, I did the maths, it is like a $500 difference, I wonder why”

Everybody is just so fucking negative and defensive nowadays

Can you use a cart at Bandon or all walking?

I’m pretty sure I spent a solid 8 hours arranging my trip there last month: Corralling dates from the group, working out tee times, arranging airport transportation, changing rooms, emails and calls to/from the resort, etc.

I can’t attend the NLU event, but in hindsight I’d happily have paid someone else $500 to take care of all the details. Frankly, I hope the boys worked out some discounts and make more than $500/head.
