I’ve been lucky enough to see them 3 times. As they are from Windsor, they come to Detroit every tour.

I also dig the new Parker. Should have put that on my list. Opening tune is an all timer for him.

I agree, I enjoyed it more than his last couple projects.

Fun album but not sure from first listen if it’s one of my favorites. An interesting progression from Ben Quad from their first album and moving to a bigger label.

It was random. In the end came on a random playlist and unlocked that memory

As a big fan of most things coming out of the Tweedy-verse and Sam Evian’s client list, I’m happy to report that the latest effort from prolific sideman Liam Kazar is worthy of many repeat listens. Really, really great stuff in a warm, understated kind of way. Here a couple of the highlights, but the whole album is excellent.

I just wanted to say that I listened to this after your post. I haven’t heard anything as interesting as this album in a long long time. I’ve been trying to get thru several ā€œbest of the yearā€ lists but I keep coming back to Lux

First time I listened to it I had literal shivers down my spine like 10 or 15 different times

Unreal vocals + orchestra + spanish passionā„¢ is a pretty deadly combo
