One of the best Summertime driving albums. Caught them a few times on that 2016-2017 run, so much fun live.
Had no idea this dropped and agree on the two best songs.
I played the crap out of this record on my college radio station. So so good.
For those of you with next memberships, the refuge song of the 2000ās redux is kicking off now
So good. But then, even their weakest stuff is pretty good. They could be the only '90s band still at it making new music I care about.
Well, them and Mogwai.
Will need to give this a listen. Didnāt know they came out with a new album. Saw them at Red Rocks a few years back, and given how much I loved their albums, the concert fell flat. Might also have to do with the fact that I saw a Portugal. The Man concert with Glass Animals opening for them around the same time which blew Alt-J out of the water.
Yeah, the album has only grown me since last week. Some bands just canāt recreate their sound live and thatās okay. Iāve never seen alt-j live but I know the experience.
Thatās a tough combo to live up to.
It was an unreal concernt. Glass Animals was unknown to me at the time, but I listened to them a bunch leading up to the concert. At that point Zaba was their only album out. They ended up being the best of the bunch.
I saw them in 2017 on what I guess what their How to Be a Human Being tour and it was outstanding. I was very surprised at how well they replicated their sound live.
Because of the new bracket Iāve been jamming out to Amy Whinehouse all day so fucking sad sheās not around anymore

This isnāt really driving around fast in your car music or anything, but I fucking love Sigur Ros and just got tickets to see them for the first time in Minneapolis two days after I get back from Bandon for my bachelor party. Gonna be an insane stretch of days!
For anyone trying to get tickets, their fan pre-sale just started like 20 minutes ago and you can access it on Ticketmaster with the code: Hundanammi
I saw Sigur Ros in concert years ago. Total vibe. A for sure āif you get it, you get itā thing but I loved that show.
Seriously giddy with excitement. Theyāre playing my favorite theatre in town and we got pretty damn good tickets. If you havenāt seen their documentary Heima, I highly recommend it!
This song always makes me think of the Bada Bing
Iāve been in a mood this week (IRL, Refuge has truly been a refuge )
YT was playing some random playlist of stuff Iāve watched before, and this gem came on:

It might be too good.
Love everything Doja Cat is doing these days
