I haven’t read everything but as someone who is 6’2’’ 256 (down 4 pounds last 7 days) I am in on this.
I need to face my demons and jump on the scale when I get home and see where I’m at / where 12.5% gets me
I think that 12.5% loss is probably going to net out to around 8-10% bodyfat loss, which most of us can probably stand to do, regardless of what you weigh as is
