Went 12/18 at my club this year (1 eagle). Disappointed in some that I was unable to get.
I’ve got all but 2 and 3 at my home course. Not looking good as I’ve only got a few rounds left.
I’ve been birdie-averse for the past few months. Langston GC is my home course, and after 6 rounds since mid-September I’ve only managed to birdie 2,3,5,9,11,14, and 18. Five of those came in one round (where I shot 5 birdies, 2 pars, 10 bogeys, and a double).
I went 19/27 at my home track.
Next year, I’ll do better.
I got 16 of 18. One hole I can’t believe I didn’t get, one hole I can very much believe that I didn’t birdie it.
Had 3 eagles (including an ace).

With the new year coming, I am planning on launching the “birdie Challenge” on my crew of regulars (about 20 of us) at our home course.
My plan:
All put up X in cash I’m thinking 20 or 50 (I think too many guys would balk at 100)
Put all names in a hat and draw a partner (your team mate)
Considering breaking the group in two high caps and low caps. each team would get a high and a low.
Any birdie any time (don’t have to be playing with partner or the group)
First team to get all 18 wins the cash
If no one gets all 18… team with most birds wins
We all range in Handicap from 9-19.
I was thinking no strokes (but not super sure if this is the best idea)
Any thoughts or experience in running something like this appreciated

Couldn’t get the par 3 eighth at my place all last year. Only hole on the front 9 I couldn’t do.
First time out in 2020 I roll in a 25 footer. Crazy game.
