@jcsouth it sounds like Mrs.Gossett is organizing a ladies day out as well!
My wife is coming as well and her drinking/shopping partner is not coming now sooooooo lol
My wife is coming too…but she’s playing golf
After much negotiation (1 message), the stand in Captains, @westerj12 and I have decided on a format.
Each Group will have 3 points.
Front 9 will be a @PalmettoGolfSociety vs. @FirstFlight 4ball match.
Back 9 will be a 1 v 1 match with 2 matches taking place.
Prior to teeing off on the back 9, the 2 PCC players shall declare the 1v1 matches since we are the home team.
All matches will be played at 90% handicaps which we will establish prior to the weekend.
In the event we have an even number of groups and end in a tie, home team retains the Cup.
Oh don’t think I didn’t mention it in passing just to feel it out.
This wasn’t in your one message regarding the format…
Don’t worry, when the Cannon Crew puts up 20 it won’t matter.
If the said captains are not selecting pairings via a live Presidents Cup style format this is 100% a rigged event by the PCC
I could get down with this
We need to know how many people are actually going to play for your team first.
this is true
@FirstFlight…Need a couple more for the Christmas Clash…bring the wife, girlfriend, fiance, wife and girlfriend, boyfriend, husband, doesn’t matter. Who wouldn’t love a weekend in Charleston with oysters on the water (and we all know what oysters are known for…)?
water filtration?
While true Colin, that’s not the feature I’m highlighting here
I’ll buy @iPress a few Tropical Lightnings this weekend and convince him to road trip down.
Promise him a stop at Charlestowne Fermentory. That is enough for the trip alone
And who can say no to custom oyster knives???
I’ll pitch in where needed to get him down there, but dont let him handle strokes on the first like he did in the e9 at pine valley
Apparently lots since only 5 people have signed up to order any
